Only the league office can change these. A coach sees them but cannot edit them.
Team & sponsor
Shows on the team page and the sponsor page. The exec or captain can write this.
The sponsor
Given its own highlighted block on the sponsor page. Leave blank if there is no offer.
The ten logos the league supplied are already linked. To change one, upload the file somewhere and paste the address here. Blank falls back to the team's initials.
Home run derby
Teams of two hitters. Ten pitches or eight swings each, the last swing is the money ball, and the top three teams go to the finals. Tick the teams taking part and put the two hitters in.

Site content
Every piece of wording on the public site, already filled in with what is live now. Change what you like — the site updates within a minute. Stats, standings and schedules are not here; those come from the season import and the coach screens.
Season setup from a spreadsheet
Build next season in one sitting. Download a template, fill it in Excel, drop it back here. Nothing is written until you have reviewed the preview and pressed import.
Choose what you're importing
Step 1 — start from the template so the column headings match. Step 2 — upload your filled-in file.

Build the schedule
Draft until you publishA generated schedule stays a draft until you publish it. Nothing appears on the public site or in anyone's calendar feed before then.
Editing a single game later — a rainout moved to a Tuesday, say — updates the calendar feed for every subscriber within the hour.
Add a single game
Goes straight onto the scheduleGive it a round and it becomes a knockout game and draws on the playoffs bracket. Leave the round blank and it is an ordinary fixture.
Who can do what
Two roles, deliberately. Fewer roles means fewer mistakes at 11 p.m. on a Thursday.
